Starting Point: Intersection of Figsboro Rd and Dryer Store Rd. South on Dryer Store Rd to Chatham Rd. East on Chatham Rd to Stoney Mountain Rd. South Stoney Mountain Rd to 58. Southeast on 58 continuing on Westover Dr to Moorefield Bridge Rd. North on Moorefield Bridge Rd to Mt Cross Rd. East on Mt Cross Rd to Mill Creek Rd. East on Mill Creek Rd to Walnut Creek Rd. North on Walnut Creek Rd to Orphanage Rd. East on Orphanage Rd to Franklin Turnpike. South on Franklin Turnpike to 29. South on 29 to the Dan River. Following the Dan River South to the Virginia/ North Carolina State Line. West on the Virginia/ North Carolina State Line to Moorehead Ave. North on Moorehead Ave to 220/ Greensboro Rd. North on 220/ Greensboro Rd to the Smith River. North on the Smith River to Beaver Creek. Following Beaver Creek Northeast to Kings Mountain Rd. North on Kings Mountain Rd to Figsboro Rd. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
