This is an Unrestricted Solicitation for Project No.: 546-22-110 - Construct a New Boiler Building and Controls& Expand/Move the Graphic Control.  

In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) provisions, this procurement is being conducted as an unrestricted solicitation and is open to all qualified businesses regardless of size or socioeconomic status. No set-aside requirements apply to this solicitation. All qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals.
