The National Park Service is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses for diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of seven New Flyer Xcelsior XDE40 diesel hybrid electric buses at Yosemite National Park. - Scope of Work: - Diagnostics, repair, corrective maintenance, and testing for seven New Flyer Xcelsior XDE40 buses - Repairs include sensor replacements, door assemblies, hybrid battery work, coolant hose, fuel filter, clutch assembly, AC compressor, and camera installation - Transportation and towing of buses to/from Yosemite Garage - All work must be performed by New Flyer-authorized service partners or factory-certified technicians - Use of OEM parts and adherence to New Flyer manuals required - Written inspection reports, warranty provision, and documentation of all work - Period of Performance: - Anticipated award by June 1, 2025 - 180-day completion period after award - Eligibility: - Only authorized New Flyer repair facilities or factory-certified technicians may respond - Locations: - Place of performance: Yosemite National Park, including Yosemite Garage, 9002 Village Drive, Yosemite Valley, CA - Contracting offices: PWR SF/SEA MABO (San Francisco, CA) and National Park Service Contracting Operations - West (Washington, DC) - OEM: - New Flyer - No specific part numbers or purchase quantities for parts; focus is on certified service and repairs - This is a sources sought notice for market research, not a request for quotation or award

This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of conducting market research and obtaining industry information ONLY. This is NOT a request for quotation. The National Park Service is seeking sources to obtain information from businesses which would be interested and capable of providing services to Yosemite National Park, California. The work consists of diagnostics, repair, and corrective maintenance services for seven New Flyer diesel hybrid electric buses. Services may only be performed by an authorized New Flyer repair facility or New Flyer factory-certified technicians.Interested and capable contractors (i.e. authorized New Flyer repair facilities or New Flyer factory-certified technicians) should complete the attached sources sought survey and return it in accordance with the instructions.
