Description
Alameda County Social Services Agency is soliciting proposals for the Ombudsman Program under Titles IIIB and VIIB of the Older Americans Act, as amended in 2020, and the Mello-Granlund Older Californians Act of 1996. The program aims to address issues related to the health, safety, welfare, and rights of individuals in Long-Term Care facilities, including nursing homes and assisted living. The contractor will be responsible for resolving problems, promoting policies, investigating reports of abuse, and improving long-term care services.
