This opportunity seeks digital K-12 physical education teacher resources and related services for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), under the Department of Defense - Contracting office at 4800 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria, VA - Products and Services Requested: - 100% digital K-12 physical education teacher resources (including teacher guides, instructional packs, classroom kits, and tools) - Digital formative assessments aligned with the 2024 SHAPE America National Physical Education Standards - Professional learning services (synchronous and asynchronous webinars, digital modules) for approximately 350 PE teachers and 4 above-school-level educators - Technical support for digital resources (industry-standard, with 1 business day response) - Meetings and coordination (virtual meetings, post-award conferences, IT meetings) - Quantities: - Approximately 320–350 digital instructional resources per year - 6 professional learning units per year - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All resources and services must comply with Section 508 accessibility standards (including submission of Accessibility Conformance Reports and universal design plans) - Integration with DoDEA's Learning Management System (LMS) and single sign-on - Annual privacy verification and compliance with cybersecurity and privacy standards - Past performance references required - Government reserves the right to test and validate accessibility claims - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (potential total of five years) - Deliverables and professional learning scheduled annually, with privacy verification required each year - Place of Performance and Delivery: - DoDEA Headquarters, 4800 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22350-1400

Description

DoDEA requires 100% digital teacher resources, formative assessments, and related professional learning aligned with the national standards. Teacher resources shall include strategies that promote rigorous instruction, address potential challenges, and differentiate instruction. The formative assessments shall provide data on which to tailor instruction. The professional learning shall increase teacher knowledge which is expected to improve instruction, which, in turn, is expected to improve student learning/achievement.
