The U.S. International Trade Commission has affirmed a determination of violation regarding certain electrolyte containing beverages and their labeling and packaging. The Commission issued a general exclusion order prohibiting the importation of products infringing on specific U.S. Trademark Registrations. The investigation involved multiple respondents, some of whom defaulted or settled, and has now been terminated with the issuance of the exclusion order and cease and desist orders against defaulting respondents.
