Cloud-Hosted Legal Case & Document Management System for DC Courts

The District of Columbia Courts is seeking proposals for a cloud-hosted, configurable commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Legal Case and Document Management System for its Office of the General Counsel. - Contract includes: - Software licenses, documentation, and warranties - Installation, document migration, and implementation - On-site post-implementation support and end user training (five days on-site plus virtual training) - Ongoing maintenance and end user support - Project management and kickoff meeting - System requirements: - Must be configurable and cloud-hosted - Must meet extensive functional, technical, and security requirements (including AI capabilities, eDiscovery, and FedRAMP authorization) - Contract structure: - Firm-fixed price - Base year plus up to four option years - Up to 10 additional software licenses may be required in option years - Place of performance: - District of Columbia Courts facilities in Washington, DC - Office of the General Counsel, Washington, DC - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified commercial providers - Attachments include solicitation, amendments, and supplier request form

Description

The District of Columbia Courts, on behalf of the Office of the General Counsel, seeks a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-hosted, configurable commercial-off-the-shelf (“COTS”) Legal Case and Document Management System, including necessary software, licenses, warranties, and related services to include installation, document migration, implementation, on-site post-implementation support and training, and maintenance and support as specified in Section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement).
