The District of Columbia Courts is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-hosted, configurable commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Legal Case and Document Management System for the Office of the General Counsel. - The solution must include: - Software licenses, documentation, and warranties - Installation, document migration, and implementation services - On-site post-implementation support and end user training (five days on-site, plus virtual training) - Ongoing maintenance and end user support - The contract is firm-fixed price with a base year and up to four option years - Up to 10 additional software licenses may be required in option years - The system must meet extensive functional, technical, and security requirements, including: - AI capabilities - eDiscovery features - FedRAMP authorization - Key services include project management, kickoff meeting, document migration, and a service level agreement for support - All work will be performed at District of Columbia Courts facilities in Washington, DC
