This opportunity seeks vessel charter services to support US Navy diver training exercises along the Gulf Coast. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Navy - Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR JACKSONVILLE) - Naval Construction Group Two (NCG-2) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the requirements. - Products/Services Requested: - Charter of a USCG Subchapter I & L classified vessel, 130-140 feet in length - Minimum deck space of 1,320 sq ft, 35-40 metric ton deck capacity - Berthing and messing for 20-30 personnel - 2-point mooring capability - Support for diving and survey equipment, including TRICONS, Bauer air compressor, inflatable wing boat, and Transportable Recompression Chamber System - Vessel must support dive side operations, recompression treatments, and comply with US Navy Diving Manual safety and operational standards - Optional support: crane, LARSS operation crew, and Dynamic Positioning (DP2/3) for Diver Launch and Recovery System - Services include vessel mobilization, 15-18 days of in-field operations, and demobilization - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vessel must be available for a minimum of 15 days, with an 18-day operational period plus mobilization/demobilization - Embark locations include Port of Gulfport, MS; NAS Pensacola, FL; and Panama City Beach, FL - Execution window is a two-week period between November and December (year specified in attachments) - Vessel must meet strict USCG and Navy safety and operational standards - Place of Performance: - Primary operations in Pensacola, FL, with possible activities near Gulfport, MS, and Panama City, FL - Embark locations at Port of Gulfport, NAS Pensacola, and Panama City Beach

Sources Sought Notice – Market Research for Vessel Charter Services
The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified and interested sources capable of providing Vessel Charter Services in support of Government operations.
The contractor shall provide a safe, capable, and fully operational vessel platform, including all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to support Government diver training exercises, as further described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This notice is issued solely for market research purposes and is not a solicitation, request for proposal, or request for quotation. No contract award will be made as a result of this notice.
Interested vendors are requested to review the attached draft PWS and submit the following information:
