Empire State Development's Division of Science, Technology & Innovation is soliciting proposals for the 2026 NY Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NYMEP) Competition 26-6176. The program aims to designate eleven centers (ten regional and one statewide) to provide services primarily to small- and medium-sized manufacturers and startups across New York State. These centers will support manufacturers through innovation strategies, process improvements, sustainable manufacturing, supply chain and technology acceleration services, and help increase competitiveness, create and retain jobs, and foster investment in New York manufacturing. The anticipated contract period starts March 1, 2026, with an initial five-year term, potentially extendable based on performance.
