This opportunity seeks a contractor to evaluate cancer control programs for the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services. - Government Buyer: - Delaware Department of Health and Social Services - Scope of Work: - Serve as Cancer Program Evaluator for the National Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (NCCCP) and National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP) - Evaluate program workplans and performance - Assess program outcomes and ensure alignment with federal (CDC) expectations - Prepare and submit required evaluation reports to the CDC - Support coordination across cancer grant programs - Participate in meetings and enhance program evaluation infrastructure - Conduct data quality audits and assist with survey creation for program effectiveness - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No subcontracting permitted - Mandatory completion of various vendor forms - Non-public State of Delaware data must not be stored or transferred outside the United States - All scope components are mandatory (see Appendix B) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation
