This is a solicitation for commercial services issued in accordance with the simplified procedures of FAR 12.201-1. Quotations are requested. b. Procurement vehicle and type: Single-Award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for third-party vessel inspection services. c. Award approach: Award will be made on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis consistent with the acceptability criteria in Section L and the evaluation procedures in Section M. d. Competition and set-aside: Full & Open Competition. e. Contract ceiling and ordering period: • Ceiling (maximum contract value): $349,990. • Ordering period: 12 months from date of award. f.
