The State of Iowa is soliciting proposals for a fully insured, voluntary group vision insurance plan and related administrative services for all eligible full-time employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents. The contract term is initially two years with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The plan must provide access to a nationwide network and meet the State's required access standards. Proposals may include alternative plan designs but must be fully insured arrangements. Award will be made to a single contractor.
