This opportunity seeks qualified vendors to provide Audio Visual (AV) equipment maintenance and related services for the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) at the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport, MS. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Gulfport - Contracting office: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville - Scope of Work: - Maintenance, repair, relocation, and installation of AV equipment - Equipment includes approximately 58 surveillance cameras (various makes/models), 4 DVR units, projectors, NEMA-rated environmental enclosures, DVD burners, UPS battery backup systems, POE switches, and related electronic devices - Up to eight service calls per month - 48-hour response for routine issues - 4-hour response for emergency repairs - Preventative maintenance and repair as approved by the Government - Scope may change due to equipment replacement, modernization, or additional acquisitions - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Work performed at Naval Construction Battalion Center, Buildings 460 and 315, Gulfport, MS - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials, and equipment - Must demonstrate capability to perform service calls on-site in Gulfport, MS - Contract includes one base year plus four 12-month option years

Description

The purpose of this sources sought Request for Information (RFI) is to identify vendors capable of providing maintenance, repair, relocation, and installation of Audio Visual (AV) equipment in support of NCTC, Gulfport, MS .  This notice is a request for vendor's capabilities, and does not serve as a solicitation.

The surveillance systems located within two buildings currently consist of an estimated 58 surveillance cameras of varying makes and models, 4 DVR recording units, multiple NEMA-rated environmental enclosures, DVD burners, and UPS battery backup systems.

Quantities, manufacturers, and models of installed equipment may change throughout the period of performance as a result of replacement, modernization, or additional equipment acquisitions. Interested parties should respond with the following information:
