The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement to upgrade the independent air supply to a test facility at Arnold AFB, TN.

INTRODUCTION:

The Government requires design, analysis, procurement, documentation, fabrication,

installation, inspection, demonstration, and testing necessary to provide complete and functional

temperature-controlled air supply to the test cell. Scope includes modifications to the process air (including demolition), utility distribution, electrical, and controls systems within the limits defined in Attachment 2 – Performance Parameters.

NOTE: Attachment 2 – Performance Parameters is marked Distribution Statement D. Interested parties may email the Contracting Officer with their company CAGE code to request a copy of the Performance Parameters.

The Government intends to hold a site visit the week of 13 April 2026. Further details will be provided.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is TBD. Interested parties are encouraged to recommend a NAICS code for consideration.

Responses should include:

Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number. Overview of company’s technical capabilities.

Submission: Provide your company’s overview of technical capabilities to meet the subject requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 17 April 2026, via email to Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.

NOTE: If the technical capabilities of your company align with the requirement, the Contracting Officer may contact the company POC to schedule a follow-up discussion with the Government Project Team.
