APTIM, in partnership with the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission, Metroplan, and the City of Fort Smith, is seeking qualifications for a Community-Based Organization (CBO) Engagement Coordinator. The Coordinator will recruit and collaborate with CBOs to expand visibility of the Arkansas Tri-Region E-Bike Incentive Program and provide localized outreach and application support, especially for income-qualified residents, seniors, and individuals facing language or digital barriers. The program aims to distribute at least 5,844 e-bike vouchers across multiple metropolitan areas in Arkansas and prioritizes equitable access by reserving 60% of incentives for income-qualified residents. Responses to the RFQ must be received by April 17, 2026.
