This solicitation is for the renovation of the KYTC Equipment Warehouse located at 1239 Wilkinson Blvd, Frankfort, Kentucky. The project involves the complete tear-off and replacement of the existing 26,244 SF roof with a new PVC membrane roofing system, installation of a 5,225 SF PVC membrane roofing system over the high-bay roof, demolition of light construction, removal of a concrete loading dock, repair of foundation walls, installation of new weather barriers and metal panel skins, painting, door and window repairs and replacements, mud jacking of interior concrete slab, replacement of exterior egress stairs, minor grading and asphalt repair, and application of pre-finished metal wall and roof panels to an adjacent equipment shed. The roofing installations will be induction welded and the project includes various structural and aesthetic improvements.
