Description

The City of Moline is soliciting electronic bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and utility disconnection of residential structures under the Strong Communities Program 2 (SCP2). This project aims to improve public health and safety, eliminate blight, and support neighborhood revitalization. The work includes demolition of the residence, garage, shed, sidewalks, front steps, rear patio, and approach, as well as plumbing disconnects including sewer and water at mains in the street.
