Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting sealed proposals for an annual contract to remove dry sludge from the Jefferson and El Pico Water Plants under the Utilities Department. The solicitation encourages electronic bid submissions via Cit-E-Bid but also accepts hand-delivered bids. Vendors must allow sufficient time for check-in at City Hall, and late bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor irregularities.
