Placer County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide right-of-way appraisal, negotiation, and related services, as well as real property appraisals on an as-needed basis. The services will support right-of-way acquisitions, facility and land acquisitions, conservation easements, leasing, and land dispositions across various property types. The contract will primarily serve the Department of Public Works, Planning Department, County Counsel, and Department of Facilities Management, with other departments potentially utilizing the services.
