Description
British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority is seeking qualified suppliers to provide professional design services for light industrial building projects across a multi-project program. The services include support for project planning and delivery through development of fit-for-purpose, code-compliant designs that align with project objectives and enable timely, cost-effective construction. Suppliers may propose for new builds, renovations, workspace improvements, and/or building systems and asset upgrades. The contract term is expected to be seven years with possible extensions up to ten additional years, with an anticipated annual forecast of $8M to $12M.
