The City of Regina is seeking to establish a roster of qualified supplemental landscape trade contractors to support municipal landscaping projects over a three-year period. - Government Buyer: - City of Regina, Procurement Branch (managed by the Senior Purchasing Agent) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; this is a qualification process for a vendor roster - Products/Services Requested: - Wide range of landscape trade services, including: - Excavation and removal of turf, hardscaping, playground structures, and timber edging - Concrete pad pouring (in-field and pre-fabricated) - Supply and installation of site furniture (benches, picnic tables, garbage receptacles) - Supply and installation of wooden and hardscape materials (concrete, paving stones, retaining walls, crusher dust, asphalt millings, large boulders, timber edging) - Installation of metal removable bollards and swing gates - Rough and final grading (earth/dirt work) - Drainage work (swales, french drains, storm lines, culverts, rip rap, turf drains, catch basin adjustments) - Supply and installation of softscaping materials (sod, hydroseeding) - Park signage and tactile strips installation - Artificial turf installation (including cricket carpet) - Paving stone installation at various city locations - Soil hauling, dredging of detention ponds or water features - Small scale irrigation repairs - Tree spading and tree planting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services are provided on an as-needed basis from April to October each year - No guaranteed minimum hours or volume; assignments are based on internal staff capacity and contractor availability - Pricing must be firm, all-inclusive hourly rates (labor, materials, equipment, delivery, installation, overhead) - Contractors must comply with all health and safety laws and provide proof of insurance - Selection for assignments may involve a second-stage competitive process based on expertise, availability, and price - Governed by a Master Framework Agreement for three years, with possible extensions

The City of Regina is seeking to establish a vendor roster of experienced suppliers to provide landscape trade services on an as-needed basis from April to October over a three-year period. Suppliers will be called upon when work exceeds internal staff capacity, with no guaranteed minimum hours. The procurement includes firm pricing and requires submissions by April 23, 2026.
