The City of Regina is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction services to complete Phase 1 of the Parkdale Park Revitalization located at 901 Princess Street, Regina, SK. The scope includes design, supply, and installation of a new neighbourhood playground with accessible elements meeting the new accessible playground design standard, including concrete curbs, safety surfacing, drainage, and seating area. Additional work involves grading, pathway installation, utility rough-ins for future phases, planting, tree protection, site furnishings, fitness equipment, seeding/sodding, and an outdoor fitness area with poured-in-place rubber surfacing.
