Description

The Department of Education is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request related to the Fiscal Operations Report for 2025-2026 and the Application to Participate for 2027-2028 (FISAP) and Reallocation Form. This collection is necessary for Title IV institutions to apply for funds and report expenditures for federal student aid programs such as Perkins Loans, FSEOG, and Federal Work-Study. The data collected is used to determine funding needs, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure accountability. Comments on this proposal are invited until April 27, 2026.
