The State of Minnesota is soliciting proposals through a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure one (1) 2025 or newer All-Track AT-50HD Tracked Carrier or an approved equivalent for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in Exhibit C and be deliverable to various locations across Minnesota. Responders must provide adequate customer service, order execution, support, and contract management staff. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Supplier Portal by April 17, 2026, and brokers' proposals will be rejected.
