PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, acting as Construction Manager, and Modern Niagara Ottawa, acting as Mechanical Design Assist Sub-Contractors, invite bidders to submit expressions of interest to pre-qualify for the TAB Vendor Pre-Selection portion of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project in Ottawa, Ontario. The scope includes providing labor, equipment, tools, and services for air balancing, hydronic and plumbing balancing, and commissioning support for mechanical systems in the CB and PWC buildings.
