Description

The City of Livermore is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from experienced consulting firms to serve as Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) for developing and implementing alternative project delivery methods, including Design-Build and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC or GM/GC). The selected consultant will assist in establishing processes, updating municipal codes, contract templates, and project selection criteria for eligible capital improvement projects such as facility/building, water, and wastewater projects.
