Description

The County of Tuolumne, through its Health and Human Services Agency, Department of Social Services, is seeking proposals from qualified Resource Families to provide Quality Parenting and Caregiving Respite Services at the Tuolumne County Resource Family Home. The contract will pay up to $100 per day for respite services provided as needed, with an initial term of one year and possible extensions. The County intends to establish a Qualified Provider List of 3-5 providers to deliver up to 76 days of respite care annually. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 30, 2027.
