Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is seeking bids for the supply, delivery, installation, and support of Promethean Interactive Display Panels and related accessories across over 200 school sites: - Government Buyer: - Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) Purchasing Department - OEM Highlight: - Promethean is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for interactive display panels - Products Requested: - Promethean Interactive Display Panels (models AP10A65NA1, AP10A75NA1, AP10A86NA1) - Each panel includes HDMI cable, USB-C cable, remote, pen, and 3-year warranty - Chromebox units (ChromeOS, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD minimum) with device management licenses - Chromebox OPS units (ChromeOS, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD minimum) with device management licenses - Wall mounts (included with installation) - Mobile stands (NB-AVA1800-70-1P for 65-inch panels; SCENHVCB-WM for 75/86-inch panels) - Services Requested: - Installation, commissioning, removal, and relocation of Promethean panels - Warranty support and management for both new and existing Promethean panels - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be authorized Promethean resellers and service providers - Contract covers over 200 sites serving 160,000 students - Purchases are on an as-needed basis; quantities are not guaranteed - Warranty support must include onsite service, repairs, replacements, and reporting at no additional cost during the manufacturer warranty period - All labor, tools, materials, cables, hardware, permitting, and coordination with schools are included in installation services - Place of Performance: - Delivery and installation at WCPSS sites; contracting office at 1551 Rock Quarry Rd.
