Pierce County is seeking a contractor to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration of funds from the County’s Sales and Use Tax dedicated to Behavioral Health and Therapeutic Courts. The evaluation will assess programs funded by this tax, as mandated by Ordinance No. 2020-138s, with a focus on behavioral health service access, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with County policy goals.
