Description

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to procure a centralized Social Media and Customer Feedback Dashboard for the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport Customer Experience Division. The solution will aggregate, analyze, and visualize customer sentiment and engagement data from multiple social and non-social media platforms to enhance insights and drive operational improvements. Vendors will be prequalified based on experience, technical capability, security compliance, and solution readiness.
