THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6426Q0033 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 562991 and the small business size standard is $9.0M.(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options).(vi) Cuyahoga Valley National Park is seeking Septic Pumping Service in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around early May 2026. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations for Cuyahoga and Summit Counties, OH will apply.(vii) Period of performance will be from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with government option to exercise up to four additional option years. Work will take place throughout Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
