Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number N0060426Q4012 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for O2X Human Performance Training.

This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The 2022 NAICS code is 611699 (All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction) and the Small Business Standard is $16.5 million. This requirement is unrestricted and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the single source acquisition strategy.

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 12. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified business sources capable of providing O2X HUMAN PERFORMANCE TRAINING SERVICES as listed within Attachments 1 and 2.
