ICIDS-IV Intrusion Detection System Maintenance and Monitoring at Fort Bliss

This opportunity seeks preventative and corrective maintenance services for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS-IV) at Fort Bliss and associated facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 418th Contracting Support Brigade (TSC), Directorate of Emergency Services, Physical Security Division, Fort Bliss Military Reservation - OEMs and Vendors: - DAQ Electronics (OEM for ICIDS-IV system and certified equipment) - Products/Services Requested: - Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and 24/7 operational monitoring for the ICIDS-IV system - Coverage of approximately 600 monitored zones, each with up to eight sensors (motion sensors, balanced magnetic switches, duress switches, encryption devices, power converters, batteries) - Maintenance of government-furnished reporting infrastructure (monitoring stations, device recording servers, monitoring consoles, wiring) - Use of DAQ Electronics-certified equipment and OEM-certified personnel - Emergency onsite response within 2 hours for critical failures - Preventive maintenance every six months - Contractor provides all tools, personnel, and additional equipment; government provides key equipment and replacement parts - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor personnel must be DAQ Electronics-certified - Proprietary DAQ Electronics parts required for system compatibility - 24/7 emergency support with strict response times - Services span Fort Bliss, East Fort Bliss TX, Dona Ana NM, Oro Grande NM, and McGregor Range NM - Set aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 561621 - Firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years (total 5 years)

Description

The Theater Contracting Support, 418th Contracting Support Brigade has a requirement for services and preventative maintenance required to maintain all components of the Integrated Commercial Detection System; version IV (ICIDS-IV) system being utilized throughout the Fort Bliss Military Reservation in operational status and various devices throughout the installation. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform preventive maintenance of ICIDS IV, to include Primary Monitoring Cabinet, Operator Work Station, Remote Monitoring Stations(RMS), on the Fort Bliss Military Installation, East Fort Bliss TX, Dona Ana, N.M, Oro Grande N.M. and McGregor Range N.M. Facilities as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
