THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Potential sources must possess the means to provide a design for a refreshed hardware system for the Lightweight Airborne Recovery System (LARS) on the HC-130J and MC-130J. The design for the LARS hardware refresh shall be a Form-Fit-Function (FFF) replacement of the current hardware components.
