The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities and experience to meet qualification requirements to provide engineering services for AFLCMC SOF C-130 Program Office system and subsystems. Potential sources must possess the means to provide a design for a refreshed hardware system for the Lightweight Airborne Recovery System (LARS) on the HC-130J and MC-130J.
