Description
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror responsible whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Contractors are required to provide the neccesary items outline within the solicitation package. There is no specific format required for each project submitted. However, the Offeror should note that all information provided must be verifiable to allow for Government review and validation.
