The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with PCB Piezotronics Inc., for twelve (12) PCB Piezotronics Part Number 203M49A Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), 500lb comp, 10mV/lb., Quartz Force Rings.
