The U.S. Air Force at Malmstrom Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive laundry, dry-cleaning, and rental services for a wide range of uniforms, linens, coveralls, floor mats, and medical laundry across multiple base locations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 341st Contracting Squadron (341 CONS LGC) at Malmstrom Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - Laundry, dry-cleaning, and rental services for items including: - Flight duty uniforms (A2CU tops and bottoms, part numbers CFD01, CFD02) - NFPA 1975 compliant uniforms (tops and bottoms, CFD03, CFD04) - Mechanics' coveralls, medical scrubs, isolation gowns, exam gowns, and dental jackets - Linens for dorms and lodging (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, mattress pads, bedspreads, crib sheets/blankets, etc.) - Floor mats (various sizes and types, e.g., BB Frost, safety mats) - Kitchen and dining textiles (aprons, towels, potholders, tablecloths) - Chapel robes and stoles - Quantities range from small batches (e.g., 10-50) to large volumes (e.g., 7,000+ linens, 11,000 crib sheets, 20,000 mattress pads) - Services include pick-up, delivery, cleaning, packaging, and rental, with scheduled and contingency support - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision - Strict compliance with federal, state, and Air Force standards, including safety, environmental, and quality control - Quality control program and contingency planning are required - Services performed off-base at contractor's facility with regular pick-up and delivery to multiple on-base locations - Small business participation is encouraged (8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB) - No specific OEMs or brand-name vendors are identified; the requirement is for service provision, not product supply - Main delivery and service locations are multiple buildings and facilities across Malmstrom Air Force Base

Description

This procurement is for a non-personal service to provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to provide laundry and dry cleaning services, including pick-up and delivery for multiple locations at Malmstrom AFB as described in the PWS (attachment 1). The contractor shall establish a complete quality control program to ensure the requirements of the contract are provided as specified.
