SCOPE OF WORK: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials Directorate is seeking information for the potential acquisition of Bis(2,2-dinitropropyl)acetal/formal (BDNPA/F) consistent with MIL-DTL-32744 for addition into the National Defense Stockpile.
