Description

This tender is for the re-roofing of the east side of Gull Lake School. The existing SBS membrane roof installed around 2005 has deteriorated, showing movement and membrane wrinkling. The project scope includes removing the existing SBS membrane down to the EPS insulation, filling voids with mineral wool insulation, installing 1" poly-iso insulation, and applying a mechanically fastened SBS roof system over approximately 6,955 square feet. A site walk-through is scheduled for April 2, 2026, for interested contractors.
