Raytheon Co., is being awarded a $773,500,000 noncompetitive contract modification(P00031) to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity radardevelopment contract (HQ0147-18-D-0002). The total ceiling value of this contract isincreased from $1,472,000,000 to $2,246,000,000 and the ordering period is extendedfrom Oct. 30, 2027, to Oct. 31, 2030. Under this modification, the contractor will provideresearch and development support for the Army Navy Transportable Radar SurveillanceControl Model-2 (AN/TPY-2) Radar. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is thecontracting activity (HQ0147-18-D-0002).
Raytheon Co. being awarded a $193,200,000 noncompetitive, hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-award-fee undefinitized contract action on modification(P00026) to the previously awarded radar development contract HQ0147-18-D-0002 taskorder HQ0147-25-F-0001. The value of this task order is increased from $145,930,819 to$339,130,819.
