This solicitation is for the provision of urinalysis sample collection services for male and female offenders in Timmins, Ontario, and surrounding areas. The scope includes collecting urine samples upon referral, providing gender-matched collectors, securely labeling and shipping samples to the laboratory, handling sensitive situations, attending court and meetings, and notifying the Correctional Service of Canada of refusals or suspicious behavior. The contract duration is approximately 35 months, starting around May 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2029.
