Description

The University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) is seeking a qualified and experienced supplier to provide flooring replacement services for the Okanagan Campus Student Residences. The work includes removal of existing flooring materials such as roll carpeting, vinyl sheet goods, ceramic tiles, and stair treads, and installation of new specified materials including carpet tiles, vinyl plank, and metal nosing. The project is scheduled to commence on May 15, 2026, and must be completed by July 4, 2026. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
