This Supplemental Solicitation aims to fill gaps in the Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Statewide Agreement for road surface and repair materials. The procurement includes asphalt emulsions, hot mix products, sealants, concrete mix and repairs, and other roadway surface repair items used by the Washington Department of Transportation and local counties and cities responsible for road maintenance. The solicitation includes a wide range of commodity codes related to asphalt, concrete, and related equipment and materials.
