- Unique/Notable Requirements:
- Cabinets must be new, complete, and the latest model
- Must meet Caltrans TEES 2020 standards
- No installation services are required; this is for spare cabinets only
- Delivery must occur during specified business hours (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding City holidays)
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws is required, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Buy American Act
- Contract Details:
- Initial contract term is one year from execution, with no option extensions
- Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Pasadena's eProcurement Portal
