Description

The City of Yakima is seeking armed security guard services for the Richard A. Zais, Jr. Law and Justice Center, including security screening at the front lobby using equipment such as x-ray machines and metal detectors. Additional services requested include prisoner watch for the Yakima Police Department, event security, facility unlock/lockup at city parks, and dedicated site patrols on an as-needed basis. All individuals entering the Law and Justice Center must pass through the security screening post. The solicitation requires responses by April 23, 2026.
