Description

The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Police Service, is seeking a qualified supplier to provide an online crime reporting software solution that meets industry best practices in Canada and the US. The solution must be actively supported, secure, user-friendly, and support trauma-informed, non-judgmental reporting experiences. It should enable community members to report various incidents and support CPS's engagement and reporting goals. The project will be delivered in three phases: proof of concept, implementation and rollout, and ongoing maintenance and support.
