This solicitation seeks to retain two service providers (a prime and an alternate) to provide inspection and detailed design services for the replacement and/or rehabilitation of aging culverts located on various King's Highways and Freeways throughout the East Area of the Eastern Region in Ontario, Canada. The contract is a one-time delivery with a closing date of April 29, 2026. Bidders must submit both a technical and management plan as well as a financial plan, which are identical to those required for related agreements.
