The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide professional services for the Regional Construction Standards (RCS) program. The selected contractor will coordinate stakeholder collaboration, maintain and update regional construction standards, support committee activities, and manage training, outreach, and program resources. These efforts aim to keep the standards current, consistent, and effective for use by local governments, utilities, contractors, and consultants in the Hampton Roads region.
