Description
The District of Port Hardy is seeking proposals from qualified design-build teams to design, permit, construct, commission, deliver, and manage a replacement pedestrian bridge and integrated municipal water and sanitary sewer infrastructure over an estuary within the District. The project requires full replacement of the bridge, modifications to its foundations, and replacement of the attached utility infrastructure while maintaining uninterrupted potable water and sewer service. The work must comply with environmental regulations and fish window restrictions. Proposals are due by April 16, 2026.
