The City of Livermore is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from experienced consulting firms to serve as Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) for the development and implementation of alternative project delivery methods, including Design-Build and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC or GM/GC). The selected consultant will assist the City in establishing processes, updating municipal codes, contract templates, and project selection criteria for eligible capital improvement projects such as facility/building projects, water and wastewater projects, and other eligible projects as outlined by California law.
